   Our Products

    College Farm® Organic candies contain only NATURAL Flavors and Colors - nothing artificial.
    The flavors come from real ingredients: lemon oil, chocolate, coffee, fruit extracts, peppermint
    oil, and more.  Our colors are derived from natural sources like fruits and vegetables, while some
    flavors, like our new True Mint, have no color added at all. 
 
    Our basic recipe uses Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, an unrefined sugar, and Organic Tapioca 
    Syrup. The candies contain NO Artificial Preservatives and NO Synthetic Dyes.  Also NO Trans 
    Fats, NO Cholesterol, and NO or very minimal Sodium.  Those with food sensitivities will be
    happy to know that College Farm® candies have NO Gluten, NO Nuts, NO Soy, and NO Eggs.

    All 6 hard candy flavors plus all the lollipops are suitable for Vegetarians.  All flavors are
    suitable for Vegans except for Vanilla Caramel and Strawberry & Cream, which contain dairy 
    products. All flavors are certified Kosher.

One serving of our candy, approximately 3 pieces or 2 lollipops, has only about 60 calories. All are fat-free except for Vanilla
Caramel, which contains just 1 gram per serving. Compare these numbers with other common snack foods such as soda, cookies, 
chips, or candy bars, and you will be pleasantly surprised! Also, each piece of Vienna Roast has just 4.5 mg of caffeine,

To be a certified organic candy displaying the USDA Organic symbol, at least 95% of the ingredients must be organic. Ingredients can NOT be grown using artificial pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or sewage sludge. They are NOT made from products that have been altered by genetic manipulation (GMO), hormones,or irradiation.

We didn't stop with the candy, though. Our individual candy wrappers are made from a fully compostable clear wrap made from cornstarch, an annually renewable resource. Also, fewer fossil resources are required to produce this wrap. Conventional polymer wrappers use limited reserves of oil and natural gas, fuels which take millions of years to regenerate. Our NATUREPOPS® bags are made from unbleached recycled paper and lined in the compostable film. And the corrugated boxes we use for shipping are made from minimum 60% recycled material and printed with water-based inks.

*All Barn Tins contain lollipops that were made with Citric Acid derived from sugar beets.
That supplier of Citric Acid has ceased operations, and our new supplier derives their product in part from glucose syrup. In the flavors that use it, citric acid comprises less than 2% of the total ingredients.

Simon's Candy Assortment Simon's The Simon's label is our original candy line, started in 1949. Actually, the original product consisted of handmade, copiously decorated chocolate items such as a 10-pound Easter Bunny (!). The line was soon changed to hard candy, and we are still making delicious hard candies at the same location more than 50 years later.
Our selections include classics like rootbeer barrels, sour balls, butterscotch buttons, horehound drops, and starlight mints. We offer many mint flavors including cool mint, spearmint, wintergreen, butter mint,and just mint.
